“Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.”
~Winston Churchill

Motivational experts are everywhere! No matter where you are, everyone is a motivational expert. Just walk around your organization and look in the cubicles and offices. The shelves and walls are adorned with quotes, sayings and mantras that are there to inspire. Some of those who display those wall hangings consider themselves to be experts and tend to preach a great deal about the philosophy they follow. However, when the chips are down and the going gets tough, they tend to be the ones to crumble and fall.

The Message of Motivational Leaders

Motivational leaders are about actions. It is said that great leaders toil in silence and let their results make the noise. Motivation takes strength, guts and mental toughness. It is just that simple and it is just that complicated!

Motivation is a theoretical construct used to explain behavior. It gives the reasons for people’s actions, desires, and needs. Motivation can also be defined as one’s direction to behavior, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior and vice versa. A motive is what prompts the person to act in a certain way, or at least develop an inclination for specific behavior. Motivation is a word that is part of the popular culture as few other psychological concepts are.
